1. Initial Contact & Preliminary Communication

We first met the client at the Eurasian International Industrial Equipment Exhibition. As a local enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of humanoid robots and collaborative robots, the client was developing a new generation of robot models and in urgent need of core joint components featuring high precision, light weight and high strength.

Our exhibited joint components stood out for mature craftsmanship, stable structure and superior machining accuracy, which drew the client’s great attention. After the exhibition, the client contacted us via email for in-depth discussions, marking the official start of our cooperation.

2. Customer Requirements

The client put forward clear technical and delivery requirements as follows:

  • The components needed to withstand heavy loads, reduce overall weight and endure long-term cyclic operation for robot joints.
  • The tolerance of key shaft holes and mounting holes must be controlled within ±0.01mm.
  • The surface treatment should deliver excellent rust and wear resistance to support continuous operation.
  • Bulk orders would only be placed after samples passed all tests.

3. Challenges & Solutions

We overcame multiple difficulties during project implementation:


Complex structure unsuitable for standard die-castingThe original design featured uneven wall thickness, which easily caused shrinkage cavities and deformation during conventional die-casting. Our engineers redesigned the internal structure and reinforcement ribs, and optimized the runner system of molds to achieve stable one-piece forming.



Extreme precision requirementsTo meet the strict tolerance standard of ±0.01mm, we adopted CNC precision finishing after die-casting. All key dimensions were fully inspected one by one to ensure full compliance with drawings.



Concerns over delivery schedule due to long sample testingWe arranged raw materials in advance and optimized production schedules to deliver samples ahead of schedule. During mass production, we regularly updated the client on production progress and quality inspection reports, making the whole process fully transparent and easing their worries about lead time.


After rounds of technical negotiations, sample adjustments and rigorous testing, the samples successfully passed load tests, fatigue tests and assembly compatibility checks. The client finally confirmed the qualification and placed the bulk order.

4. Shipment & After-sales Support

Prior to delivery, all products underwent full quality inspection and photo documentation, and were securely packaged. The goods were shipped on schedule and arrived safely in Turkey.

After delivery, we kept following up on assembly and operation conditions, providing timely technical guidance, dimension verification and installation support to ensure trouble-free application.
