At the initial stage, the customer contacted us at the Paris Air Show and later sent a formal inquiry through our official website. The customer required precision components for the water system of Air France’s main aircraft models, which must meet EASA airworthiness standards, French aerospace quality requirements, high/low temperature resistance, anti-vibration, zero leakage, full life cycle traceability, with key dimension tolerance within ±0.02mm.
Three main challenges in early cooperation:
We set up a dedicated project team with bilingual technical staff (English & French) and held 14 rounds of online communication and confirmation with the customer’s engineering department. Through 3D scanning measurement and finite element simulation optimization, we solved non-standard interface matching issues; upgraded precision machining and automatic welding to ensure consistency; established a batch traceability system with complete test data and certificates for each batch.
The whole production process was transparent, and the customer could conduct online video inspections at any time. All products passed air tightness, fatigue life and high-low temperature cycle tests, and were approved by the customer at one time. Goods were delivered by air with shockproof and moisture-proof packaging and arrived in France on time. After delivery, we provided continuous after-sales support, remote technical guidance and regular follow-up.
Customer Feedback: “Product accuracy, quality stability and document compliance fully meet European aviation requirements. The team is responsive, professional and rigorous. They are a reliable long-term partner.”
