At the initial stage, the client sent inquiries through both the 2024 Berlin International Airshow and online B2B platforms, specifying demand for precision components for civil aircraft potable water systems complying with EASA airworthiness standards, DIN aerospace material specifications, stable operation at -55℃~200℃, zero leakage, full lifecycle traceability, and tolerance within ±0.02mm. Three major challenges emerged: strict requirements on EN9100 aerospace quality management, full-process NDT, and helium leak detection (≤1×10^-9 Pa·m³/s); risks of springback, excessive inner wall roughness, and weld fatigue in titanium alloy/special stainless steel integrated forming and vacuum welding; tight delivery schedule with mandatory bilingual compliance documents including material certificates, test reports and airworthiness statements.
We quickly set up a dedicated technical team and held 12 rounds of online reviews with the client’s engineers. We optimized multi-axis CNC and internal high-pressure forming to stabilize pipeline profile tolerance within ±0.1mm; upgraded vacuum brazing and orbital welding to achieve 100% weld qualification; built a full-process digital traceability system with batch-specific heat numbers, test data and process records. To align with German standards, we completed third-party certification and bilingual document alignment in advance to eliminate compliance risks.
Full inspection plus sampling control was applied in mass production; tests including hydraulic cycling, high/low temperature, salt spray and vibration fatigue were fully passed. The first article was approved on-site by the client in one go. Goods were shipped by air with shockproof and moisture-proof wooden cases, with full trackable logistics. We provided remote installation guidance, on-site commissioning support and 24-month warranty, plus regular follow-ups.
