Detailed Cooperation Process

Initial Docking and Cooperation Initiation

This cooperation was initiated at an annual professional international medical equipment exhibition. With years of experience in the local Israeli orthopedic medical equipment distribution industry, the customer maintains extremely high standards for the quality, precision and compliance of high-end precision orthopedic parts. At the exhibition, the customer inspected our production technology, product samples and quality inspection system on site, focusing on our precision processing capability and medical material safety of surgical bone stent components.

The customer stated that Israel’s orthopedic surgery technology is rapidly updated, and there is a strong market demand for minimally invasive and high-precision orthopedic stent components. However, local Israel faces high production costs and insufficient production capacity, making it urgent to find reliable overseas precision manufacturing suppliers. Both parties reached a preliminary cooperation intention at the exhibition, and in-depth demand communication and sample trial production were launched after the on-site negotiation.

Overcoming Core Technical Difficulties

In the process of advancing formal cooperation, the project encountered multiple technical and standard challenges. Firstly, the precision standards were extremely stringent. The Israeli medical industry adopts high EU CE standards. As implant-assisted medical accessories, surgical bone stent components require a dimensional tolerance within ±0.005mm, with smooth and burr-free cutting surfaces and radian fitting human bone mechanical structure, which is far higher than the precision requirements of conventional products. Minor dimensional deviations were found in the initial trial samples.

Secondly, high requirements were placed on material safety and biocompatibility. The products adopt medical-grade titanium alloy and must pass biocompatibility tests to ensure no allergy or rejection, complying with Israeli clinical surgical standards. Thirdly, customized products have complex structures. The customer customized a variety of special-shaped stent components for local high-incidence fracture diseases, featuring fine structures and dense holes, which are prone to deformation and scrapping with conventional processing technology.

To solve the above problems, we quickly set up a special technical tackling team, integrating multiple departments including engineering, quality inspection and production to optimize the solution. We optimized the CNC precision machining process, upgraded high-precision processing equipment, adjusted tool parameters and processing speed, and iteratively polished trial samples to accurately control dimensional tolerance and structural details. In addition, we strictly selected medical-grade titanium alloy raw materials with compliant test reports, and added ultrasonic cleaning and precision polishing processes after production to eliminate impurities and burrs, ensuring full compliance with overseas medical access standards. For complex special-shaped components, we adopted segmented precision processing and integrated calibration technology to control processing deformation and improve product qualification rate. After 5 rounds of sample iteration and multiple technical rectifications, all samples finally passed the customer’s strict tests and fully met Israeli clinical application requirements.

Quality Control and Bulk Delivery

After confirming the technical scheme and samples, both parties officially signed a bulk purchase order. During the production stage, we implemented full-process quality control. A dedicated quality inspection file was established for each process including raw material warehousing, precision processing, polishing and cleaning, quality testing and aseptic vacuum packaging, realizing full traceability of production. For overseas export orders, three additional procedures of finished product sampling inspection, dimension recheck and aseptic testing were added to prevent defective products from being delivered.

Considering the timeliness and safety of cross-border logistics to Israel, we adopted shockproof, moisture-proof and sterile sealed packaging with customized hard packaging boxes to avoid component deformation, wear and pollution during long-distance transportation. We completed mass production and delivery efficiently in strict accordance with the agreed construction period.

After-sales Maintenance and Customer Evaluation

After the goods were successfully cleared and delivered to the customer’s warehouse in Israel, we provided one-on-one exclusive after-sales follow-up services. We actively provided complete documents including product installation and adaptation guidance, clinical operation precautions and product maintenance instructions, as well as English compliance qualification documents, assisting the customer in quickly completing local market access and distribution. We offered 7×24-hour online technical Q&A to respond to the customer’s terminal usage questions, fine-tuning and replenishment demands in a timely manner.
