Detailed Cooperation Process

1.Initial Docking and Cooperation Initiation

This cooperation was achieved through in-depth docking at international professional dental medical exhibitions and targeted email marketing. As a global benchmark for precision manufacturing, Germany implements extremely stringent requirements on the craftsmanship, accuracy and durability of dental medical equipment accessories, in strict accordance with German DIN industrial standards and EU CE medical access regulations. The German customer has long been committed to the integration and supply of high-end dental equipment, providing high-quality diagnosis and treatment equipment for European oral medical institutions.

Due to the high production cost and long customized delivery cycle of local precision components in Europe, the customer was eager to find a reliable Chinese precision manufacturing supplier with qualified craftsmanship and stable quality control that meets EU standards. The customer learned about our production capacity of dental precision components through exhibitions, and highly recognized our production technology, quality inspection system and customization capabilities after in-depth email communication. Both parties quickly reached a sample cooperation intention and officially launched project docking.

2.Overcoming Core Technical Difficulties

In the process of project advancement, we overcame multiple core technical and compliance challenges in line with German DIN industrial standards, EU CE medical specifications and the exclusive application scenarios of dental equipment. Firstly, Germany adopts ultra-high precision tolerance standards. Dental equipment belongs to high-precision diagnosis and treatment instruments. The customer required the tolerance of core moving parts to be controlled within ±0.002mm with nearly zero errors in coaxiality and flatness, which is far higher than the standard of conventional industrial accessories. Minor coaxiality deviations were found in initial samples, failing to meet the assembly accuracy requirements of German equipment.

Secondly, stringent requirements are imposed on material wear resistance and antibacterial compliance. Dental equipment components are in long-term contact with oral environments and disinfectants, requiring high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, antibacterial performance and easy disinfection. The materials must comply with EU medical-grade stainless steel standards without heavy metal precipitation, which cannot be achieved by conventional materials and surface treatment processes. Thirdly, extremely strict requirements for batch consistency and stability. The German industrial system demands zero differences in size, performance and appearance for 420 sets of components. Mass production is prone to minor deformation and uneven polishing, making yield rate control extremely difficult.

In response to the high standards and strict requirements of the German market, we immediately set up a special technical team for dental components to optimize the entire production and quality inspection process. First of all, we upgraded the processing technology in line with German DIN standards, adopted five-axis linkage high-precision processing equipment, recalibrated equipment accuracy, optimized tool path and processing speed, and performed multiple precision grinding and calibration on core components such as dental shaft cores and micro connectors to completely eliminate coaxiality and dimensional deviations.

Secondly, we fully adopted EU-certified medical-grade stainless steel raw materials with CE compliance test reports for each batch. We optimized surface mirror polishing and passivation anti-corrosion processes, and added antibacterial and wear-resistant coating treatment to ensure that the components are disinfection-resistant, corrosion-resistant and free of harmful substance precipitation, fully adapting to oral medical application scenarios. Finally, we established an exclusive mass production management system for German orders, refined process parameters, and set up four quality inspection procedures including initial inspection, process inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product inspection to test dimensional accuracy, surface craftsmanship and material performance piece by piece, effectively avoiding batch production deviations and increasing the product yield rate to 99.8%. After 7 rounds of sample iteration and multiple Sino-German remote technical rectifications, all samples successfully passed the tests of customers and EU third-party institutions, fully complying with the assembly and clinical use standards of German dental equipment.

3.Quality Control and Bulk Delivery

After the full verification of technical schemes, sample quality and compliance qualifications, both parties officially signed a bulk purchase contract. During the mass production stage, we strictly implemented the exclusive quality control standards for German industrial orders, realizing full-process traceable management including raw material re-inspection, precision processing, mirror polishing, antibacterial treatment and dust-free & sterile packaging. For exported German dental precision components, three exclusive procedures including secondary precision recheck, corrosion resistance test and full-range appearance inspection were added to ensure zero-defect product delivery.

Meanwhile, considering the characteristics of China-EU ocean-crossing logistics, we adopted multi-layer sealed packaging with dust-proof, moisture-proof, rust-proof and shockproof functions, matched with customized anti-static hard packaging boxes to prevent deformation, wear and oxidation of micro precision components during long-distance transportation. We strictly abided by the delivery schedule and efficiently completed the production, quality inspection and delivery of all products with guaranteed quality.

4.After-sales Maintenance and Customer Evaluation

After the goods were successfully cleared and delivered to the customer’s warehouse in Germany, we launched one-on-one exclusive cross-border after-sales service. We provided customers with full sets of bilingual (English & German) compliance documents, including CE certification reports, DIN standard test reports, material safety reports, product assembly and maintenance manuals, assisting customers in quickly completing EU local market access and terminal sales.

In addition, we opened a 7×24-hour multilingual after-sales channel to respond to customers’ demands for equipment assembly and commissioning, technical consultation, parameter fine-tuning and batch replenishment in real time, providing professional technical support throughout the whole process.
