Sending machined parts out for surface treatment adds lead time, freight and risk — and it breaks the chain of quality control.
One flow, one accountability: Parts move directly from the mill to our blasting, deburring and polishing stations. We control every step, so if a part comes back with a burr or an uneven finish, we fix it immediately — no back-and-forth with a third-party shop.
Tolerance protection: Surface treatment can change dimensions if done wrong. We know our own parts, our own tool paths and our own tight tolerances — so we blast, deburr and polish without breaking critical features.
Consistent finish: Every batch gets the same blast media, the same deburring standard and the same polishing time. The finish matches across variants and across production runs — not just on one sample.
Clean, ready-to-assemble: No sharp edges, no loose burrs, no tool marks. Parts come out clean and ready for your assembly line.
Sandblasting — specifically glass bead blasting — creates a uniform matte surface on aluminium, stainless steel and titanium parts.
Uniform matte finish: Glass beads blast away mill marks and tool chatter, leaving a consistent, satin-like surface that hides minor machining scratches.
Corrosion & adhesion prep: Blasted surfaces provide a clean, uniform base for anodizing, powder coating or painting — the finish holds better than on bare machined surfaces.
Deburring in the blast: Soft burrs and flash are removed during the blasting process, reducing the need for hand deburring on simple parts.
Media control: We use glass beads of controlled size and pressure, so the surface texture is consistent part-to-part. Anodize after blasting and the finish comes out uniform across the whole batch.
Every CNC part leaves sharp edges and burrs — and every edge has to be addressed before the part ships.
Edge breaking: All sharp corners are deburred to a controlled radius or chamfer, per drawing or standard. No sharp edges that cut assembly staff or trap fluid.
Cross-hole & internal edge deburring: Holes, grooves and internal cavities get special attention — burrs there are easy to miss and hard to clean up later.
Cross-check against drawing: Our deburring staff know which edges are critical (sealing faces, mating surfaces) and which are functional. We do not over-deburr critical surfaces or under-deburr functional ones.
100% visual inspection: Every part is visually checked after deburring — no loose burrs, no missed edges, no tool marks left behind.
When the application calls for a mirror or bright finish — not just a matte blast — we finish by hand.
Mirror & bright finish: Stainless steel and aluminium parts are polished to a bright or mirror surface for appearance, sealing faces or optical applications.
Sealing surface preparation: Flange faces and sealing surfaces are polished to a smooth, uniform finish that helps gaskets seal reliably.
Controlled polish: We match the polish grade to the drawing — from a satin hand polish to a near-mirror finish — and verify the surface visually and by touch.
No over-polish: We do not polish critical dimensions or sealing faces beyond the drawing spec, because over-polishing changes flatness and tolerances.
Different materials and applications call for different surface treatments — here is how we match them.

Ready to add surface treatment to your next CNC machining order? We handle blasting, deburring and polishing in-house — one order, one flow, one supplier.
Step 1: IP Protection First — We are happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive design files.
Step 2: Submit CAD Files — Upload 3D files (.STEP/.IGES) and 2D drawings, and specify the surface finish you need (blasted, deburred, polished, anodized, etc.).
Step 3: Rapid DFM & Quote — Receive a formal quotation, surface treatment recommendation and cost analysis within 24–48 working hours.
Required Files for Instant Review: 3D CAD (.STEP, .IGES) + 2D Drawings (.PDF) | Material Grade | Required Surface Finish | Batch Quantity
Q: Do you offer sandblasting on parts you did not machine?
A: We primarily surface-treat parts we machine in-house, to protect tolerances. For external parts, contact us with the drawing and we will advise.
Q: What surface finishes can you achieve?
A: Glass bead blast (uniform matte/satin), manual deburr (controlled edge break), and hand polish (satin to near-mirror). We match the finish to your drawing or sample.
Q: Will sandblasting change my dimensions?
A: Properly controlled bead blasting removes only a few microns — well within tolerance on most features. We mask or protect critical diameters when needed.
Q: Can you deburr internal holes and cross-drilled passages?
A: Yes. Internal edges, cross-holes and grooves are manually deburred before inspection — including small diameters that automated processes miss.
Q: Do you also do anodizing or coating?
A: We handle blasting, deburring and polishing in-house. For anodizing, passivation, powder coating or plating, we coordinate with qualified partners and inspect the returned parts.
Q: How do you protect our IP and sensitive designs?
A: IP security is paramount. We routinely execute standard or customer-provided NDAs before receiving any technical data. All CAD files are managed on secure, restricted-access servers and used strictly for quoting and manufacturing purposes only.
