A: We process high-performance POM (acetal) with stable dimensional performance and excellent wear resistance.

A: Standard tolerance: ±0.002 mm (taper), ±0.010 mm (profile), Ra ≤ 0.05 μm. Ultra-precision ±0.0015 mm is supported.

A: Yes. We provide material test reports, inspection documents. Relevant qualification certificates are available upon request.

Q: What's the lead time for a prototype?
A: Prototype delivery: 10–20 working days after drawing confirmation. DFM feedback will be sent within 48 hours.

Q: Can you machine POM parts with porous bone-ingrowth structures?
A: Yes. We offer solid, porous-coated and monolithic porous structures (300–800µm pore size, 60–80% porosity). Micro-milling and ECM are applied for features below 0.5mm.
