KGL typically responds with quotation information within 24 hours of receiving a customer inquiry.
Customers can provide part drawings, material specifications, quantities, dimensions, tolerances, surface treatment requirements, and other relevant information. This allows KGL to prepare quotations for CNC machining, mill-turn machining, grinding, wire EDM, or other applicable processes. For custom parts involving complex structures, multiple materials, or a combination of several processes, quotation lead times may vary. If there is any delay, KGL will notify the customer promptly.
KGL provides precision machining services ranging from single-piece customization and prototype production to batch manufacturing, supporting different stages of the procurement process.

KGL implements a quality inspection process covering the production and delivery stages of custom precision parts.
After fixture setup and program configuration, KGL first produces and inspects the first article. Critical dimensions are measured with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) as required, while other dimensions are checked using calipers and other measuring tools. Batch production begins only after the first article has passed inspection.
During production, operators perform periodic self-inspections of critical dimensions and maintain inspection records. Quality inspectors also conduct regular inspections to review process parameters, self-inspection records, and production conditions, while monitoring key production factors including personnel, equipment, materials, methods, and the working environment.
Before finished products are put into storage, 100% inspection is carried out on every part. Dimensions and tolerances, appearance, and surface treatment are checked individually. For precision parts with strict dimensional or surface requirements, particular attention is given to burrs, scratches, and other potential defects.
Before shipment, KGL also checks the packaging method, part quantity, labeling, and rust-prevention requirements. Relevant bubble charts, inspection data, material certificates, and surface treatment test reports are archived to support future batch inquiries and quality traceability.

KGL can typically control CNC machining tolerances within ±0.003 mm to ±0.01 mm, depending on the part material, structure, and machining requirements. This is suitable for custom parts requiring dimensional accuracy, precise assembly relationships, and complex curved surfaces.
For critical features that directly affect assembly, sealing, or motion accuracy, additional precision machining can be arranged based on the part drawing, material, and process conditions. This supports different project requirements from sample validation to batch production.
KGL operates more than 100 imported CNC machines and is equipped with coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). With ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100D certifications, KGL provides CNC machining support for precision components used in medical, aerospace, robotics, and other industries.

KGL can machine custom precision parts up to 2,500×1,500×800 mm, covering the machining needs of large structural components, housings, enclosures, and other custom mechanical parts.
KGL operates more than 100 high-precision machines, including large gantry machines, 5-axis and 4-axis machining centers, vertical and horizontal CNC machines, dual-spindle mill-turn machines, CNC lathes, grinding machines, milling machines, and wire EDM equipment. KGL provides complete production support from rough machining to precision machining, serving single-piece prototypes, rapid prototyping, and batch production orders.
