Yes. KGL implements strict batch management for incoming raw materials. For projects with specific requirements, KGL can provide Material Test Reports (MTRs), heat or batch number records, and spectrographic analysis reports to support material traceability.

For aerospace projects, KGL can also maintain records of material batches, machining parameters, and operator information. Its quality system includes incoming inspection, 100% first-piece inspection, in-process checks, sampling, and final full inspection.

KGL is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and BV AS9100D. Related reports, including inspection data, supplier material certificates, and surface-treatment test reports, are organized and archived after shipment for future batch inquiries.

KGL has experience handling international shipments for CNC machined parts and works with DHL, FedEx, UPS, as well as sea and air freight forwarders. Orders can be shipped from single-piece samples to small- and medium-volume production runs. Once the parts have passed final inspection, they are packaged and prepared for delivery.

For orders going to a designated warehouse, DDP shipping is available. This can cover export declaration, import customs clearance, duties, and taxes, with the shipment delivered to the warehouse specified by the customer.

Before dispatch, the packaging, part quantity, labels, and rust-prevention requirements are checked against the order. Depending on the type of part, including precision metal components, plastic parts, and surface-treated parts, packaging may include individual blister trays, anti-static bags, vacuum packaging, custom EPE foam inserts, or high-density foam dividers to help protect the parts during transportation.

KGL supports payment methods including T/T, PayPal, and Western Union. Customers can select a suitable payment method based on the order value and whether the project involves prototypes or batch production. For CNC machining, CNC milling, CNC turning, mill-turn machining, grinding, and wire EDM projects, payment arrangements can be confirmed during the quotation and cooperation terms stage.

For international trade terms, KGL supports EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and DAP. Delivery arrangements for custom precision parts can be made according to customer requirements. Customers can provide part drawings, materials, quantities, machining tolerances, surface treatment requirements, and delivery information when making an inquiry. KGL will then proceed with requirement communication, drawing evaluation, solution and quotation confirmation, sample approval, batch production, full inspection, and delivery.

These services can be integrated into the manufacturing process for custom precision parts and combined with CNC milling, CNC turning, mill-turn machining, multi-axis CNC machining, precision grinding, and wire EDM.

For metal parts, available materials include carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, free-cutting steel, spring steel, bearing steel, carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, and high-speed tool steel. Stainless steel options include martensitic, ferritic, precipitation-hardening, and austenitic grades. Iron, aluminum, copper, titanium, and other metals can also be machined according to project requirements.

KGL also processes general-purpose and high-performance engineering plastics, as well as rubber, insulating materials, and ceramics. Machining methods are selected according to the part and material, with turning, milling, grinding, 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and gantry machining available.
