Yes. KGL places strong importance on protecting customer intellectual property and can sign a standard confidentiality agreement provided by either the customer or KGL before a project begins.

Customers can provide part drawings, 3D models, samples, process requirements, and other project information for custom precision component manufacturing discussions.

KGL provides services ranging from single-piece customization and rapid prototyping to batch production, covering CNC milling, turning, mill-turn machining, multi-axis machining, grinding, wire EDM, and other supporting processes.

An NDA can provide a basis for cooperation on projects involving medical device components, aerospace components, humanoid robot components, optical sensor components, and housing-related parts.

KGL has experience handling international shipments for CNC machined parts and works with DHL, FedEx, UPS, as well as sea and air freight forwarders. Orders can be shipped from single-piece samples to small- and medium-volume production runs. Once the parts have passed final inspection, they are packaged and prepared for delivery.

For orders going to a designated warehouse, DDP shipping is available. This can cover export declaration, import customs clearance, duties, and taxes, with the shipment delivered to the warehouse specified by the customer.

Before dispatch, the packaging, part quantity, labels, and rust-prevention requirements are checked against the order. KGL will then proceed with requirement communication, drawing evaluation, solution and quotation confirmation, sample approval, batch production, full inspection, and delivery.

Iron, aluminum, copper, titanium, and other metals can also be machined according to project requirements.

KGL also processes general-purpose and high-performance engineering plastics, as well as rubber, insulating materials, and ceramics. Machining methods are selected according to the part and material, with turning, milling, grinding, 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and gantry machining available.
